This option can also be handy when you have mapped multiple email accounts with your instance of MS Outlook 2013, and you want to include a separate signature for each of them. The benefit of having this kind of feature in MS Outlook 2013 is that you can add multiple signatures on your instance of the application, and can select the desired one from the Signature list as per the contents and recipients of the email. In order to include the added signature at the end of every email that you want to send, you must press the Signature button available in the ribbon, and then select the desired signature from the available list. This means that MS Outlook 2013 allows you to add a default signature in its interface but it does not include it at the end of the emails. However, unlike the web-based clients, you are required to include the signature manually at the end of every email that you want to send while working with Outlook.

Just like any other web-based email client, even MS Outlook 2013 also allows you to add your signature, provided you have attached and mapped your email ID with it.
